Are the flag and footprints still on the Moon?
Yes. As are the laser reflectors that the astronauts put there. By sending a laser pulse at the reflectors and timing how long it takes to return, the distance to the moon can be found to centimetre accuracy. There is no atmosphere on the moon, and, as long as there is no direct impact of an asteroid, they will remain there for millions of years.
