Are Eukaryotic cells membrane bound organelles?

No. An organelle is a small individual part of a cell eg mitochondria or Golgi. A eukaryotic cell is a cell contains membrane bound organelles, including a nucleus - as opposed to prokaryotic cells which do not contain a membrane bound nucleus (eg red blood cell).
